Good Evening! The village of Cowden is scheduled to flush water hydrants this week resulting in an expected boil order in Cowden. Bottled water will be available at the school, but it would also be helpful if students and staff could each bring a bottle of drinking water for themselves too. Have a good evening!

JH and HS school pictures are on Tuesday, August 27th. Students will receive a picture "proof" in the following days. Parents/guardians can then order school pictures from the company. JH and HS crosscountry and HS Volleyball pictures will also be on Tuesday, August 27th. Sport picture order forms were sent home last week.
K-5 Grandparents: Mark your calendars!
At this time, the junior high main entrance (door #1) is temporarily closed. If you need to drop off or pick up your junior high or high school student, please report to the high school entrance (door #4). This practice does NOT pertain to Mrs. Storm's pre-school class. Pre-school will still utilize door # 1. This practice will remain in place until further notice.
Good Evening! This is a reminder that tomorrow, Thursday, August 15th is the first student attendance day of the school year. School will be in session from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The shuttle buses will leave each campus at 7:30 AM and 2:45 PM each day. The district looks forward to a great year!

2024-2025 Open Positions
The CHBC junior high cross country team will begin optional fun runs on July 24th at 6:30 PM at the Cowden Park. All 5th grade through 8th grade students are welcome to participate.
